Major addition

The existing brick veneer house didn't allow connection to a beautiful bushland gully to the north. The clients considered moving but loved the location. The new living/dining area provides a large open space and verandah to link the house to the bushland. The north glazing gives sun into the room.  The north verandah overhang is designed for maximum sun control during the seasons. The addition was completed with minimum disruption to the existing house.
